Learnings towards marketing coordination
Diênifer Santos - Jewel of the House
Dienifer's career at Rede Swan began as a quality intern, looking for a different opportunity in her career. When applying for a vacancy that she found out about through a friend, she was selected to work in quality with a focus on the Swan Novo Hamburgo restaurant. Her exceptional ability to create spreadsheets caught the attention of her coordinator, who assigned her to work on spreadsheets in different areas.
Fascinated by the Quality area that became the Human and Organizational Development (DHO) area, Dienifer decided to focus her Course Completion Work (TCC) on internal marketing. Soon after, she was hired as responsible for internal marketing actions and tools. She developed several projects for the Network, including an internal Facebook that became a great success.
Her work caught the attention of the Network's CEO, Gabriela Schwan, who invited Dienifer to be her assistant and also a marketing assistant. Dienifer followed the change of the company's brand and the creation of Swan Generation, a project in which she played a fundamental role. After some time, she left her position as Gabriela's assistant to create the company's marketing sector, taking on the position of marketing coordinator, leading a team.
For Dienifer, the Swan Network is a place that provides freedom to create and execute ideas, and she dreams of seeing her team fully structured, achieving even more professional success. Your journey is inspiring and demonstrates the importance of growth and determination in the workplace.
