Accommodation policy for minors

According to the Child and Adolescent Statute (Law 8,069/90, Art. 82), it is prohibited to accommodate a child or adolescent in a hotel, motel, boarding house or similar establishment, unless authorized or accompanied by the parents (jointly) or legal guardian, or if submitted by the Juvenile Court with the authorization of the absent father and/or mother.

Upon check-in, it is mandatory to present the original identification document in the presence of parents or written authorization when accompanied by a duly identified guardian. These requirements aim to protect the child or adolescent.
