Petfriendly Policy

01 - One pet per apartment is permitted.

02 - It is mandatory to present your pet's vaccination card up to date at check-in.

03 - Cleaning of the apartment must be scheduled by the guardian and linen items cannot be used.

04 - The Tutor is responsible for cleaning the pet's waste, as well as ensuring its silence. Furthermore, you are responsible for any material or physical damage caused by the animal to the apartment, third parties or hotel facilities.

05 - The Pet will not be allowed to stay in the hotel apartment without the presence of the guardian for long periods (more than 4 hours).

06 - When circulating in social areas, the pet must be on a leash, on your lap or in boxes/bags suitable for transportation. The pet's stay is restricted to the apartment. We kindly ask that you keep your pet away from areas designated for food, drinks, events, the pool and the gym.
